Easy to work with and very professional. Working with Robert Shojan I put a deposit down on a car that I didn't end up moving forward with. Upon letting them know that I did not intend on moving forward with the purchase, they thanked me for my time and promptly refunded my deposit with no questions asked. Hope to work with them again in the near future.

Ray was outstanding to work with. He was very attentive. He responded with texts and phone calls promptly to help with the purchase of a vehicle long distance. He recommended a pre-purchase inspection which was very valuable. The firm he recommended did a thorough job making a few minor suggestions,which Ray resolved. The only thing you need to be careful about is there are multiple Gravity Auto locations. It was a bit confusing initially because I was talking to a Salesman from a different location about the vehicle at Hollywood. Ray fortunately was able to sort everything out . I would highly recommend gravity and Ray!
